Kinnard This is the second product of this kind I have had - the first was satisfactory but was broken move in our household. Both were very efficient and practical ... a less chaotic way to smash a critter without removing it on your wall or floor! Not enough of a batch of all AR nova I bought it because a second checked it and says that it is strong enough to take out Florida was Palmetto Bug. 4 zaps and belly was always running around yet, since he had a cup of coffee. Of course this was wrong about three inches long with a hard shell cockroach-y, but that's why I bought it! To the big 'uns! Not worth the money by public school teacher, retired Save your money and buy a good Citronelle candles or repellent I used this device when I was sitting outside reading a book and I could not kill a bug insect.
