Not anymore! You do not have to wait to settle an insect, you can zap it in the air. Other goal-less chance of error and against the walls! This maneuverability is especially nice to kill the big scary hornets where a touch could lead to a regular swat bitter revenge. Just a touch of the hot grill and immobilized. It is also very nice with swarms of mosquitoes, or the terrible pantry moths, a sweep and zap and you are alone in the living room again. Never not working with Melinda This article from the time I took it to work out of the box. Several people have tried to insert the batteries several times. The batteries could not go straight, the connection can be made is a very simple design, not much room for error - but somehow he must have received a defective item.
